Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within 48 Hours.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.

• No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveller after tour departure regardless of circumstances.

• Hotel Room booking is completely non-refundable once confirmed.

• Hotel extensions cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

Our Cancellation Policy

Please know that www.checkmatetours.com.au will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

Refund Scenarios

After Paying the booking amount and Once receive an E-mail confirmation within 48 Hours about package detail & confirming it, no refund will be issued on that package.

• All cancellations must be made directly with www.checkmatetours.com.au, not with the hotel.

• For full refunds made by customers, we need to deduct a 3% transaction fee if you make payment via credit card or PayPal when booking. ( only when Customers Cancel their package within 48 hours and before receiving an email Confirmation about their booking and other package detail)

How to Cancel a Reservation

Once we receive a Cancellation request by email within 48 Hours, before receiving an email confirmation and confirming the Booking. We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days.
Email confirmation for a Cancellation request is a must.
